The City of North Sioux City will be accepting sealed bids for two squad vehicles. Click to see flyer. Sealed bids need to be submitted to the Finance Office in City Hall by Friday, May 29. Bids will be opened on Monday, June 1.
The following vehicles will be sold as is, and can be viewed at the NSCPD back parking lot between 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Partnership with NSC Library
In April, the NSC Community Library began offering library patrons DMV practice tests through a partnership with Driving-Tests.org. See the flyer for more information or go to the website @ NSCLlibrary.Driving-Tests.org/South-Dakota.

Boat Launch Gate Active
North Sioux City's boat ramp for McCook Lake has been reactivated. All gate passes are purchased on-site through the paystation. You may purchase a daily pass for $10 or an annual pass for $30.

Looking to Purchase a Home in North Sioux
Housing opportunities are available through a partnership with the City and the NSC Housing and Redevelopment Commission. NSC's HRC has affordable City subsidized lots available in a neighborhood development called Harvest Bend, located right off River Drive. For more details, check out the Harvest Bend web page.
